Is everything really free?

Yes, everything in our "store" is free. We purchase items through grant funds and donations and redistribute items to community for free.

Do I need to pay for shipping?

No, TQYC pays for shipping and handling.

Do I have to make a profile to access the store?

Yes. We ask that anyone looking to access the free store create a profile.

Do I have to be 12-26 years old to order items?

In short, no we we I'll not turn anyone in need away. However, or goal is to ensure all youth and young adults have priority access to resources that they otherwise would not have access to. We all Community to be mindful of our target demographic.

What if I can't find what I'm an looking for or it is out of stock?

Feel free to email us at the appropriate email address to let us know there is a need so we can do our best to get your need filled.

Shipping Time

All orders are processed within 7-14 business days (excluding holidays and weekends) after you receive a confirmation email. You will receive another notification email when your order has been shipped.

Tracking Shipments

We ship all orders via USPS, and every package comes with a tracking number. Once your order is on its way, we’ll send you the tracking info so you can follow its journey. This helps ensure smooth delivery—for both your peace of mind and ours.

If your order is being shipped, please include the name you'd like displayed on the outside of the package. This helps ensure smooth delivery and accurate handling.
