TQYC is able to provide all products for free through grants and donations. Our goal is to redistribute funds by providing free supplies directly to our community members.

We believe that everyone deserves access to life-saving and affirming supplies — no matter their income, housing situation, or documentation status. No cost. No hoops. No judgment.

If you would like to get involved, financial donations are the best way to ensure 2SLGBTQIA+ Youth and Young Adults continue to have access to free supplies.

Yes — everything in our store is free. We purchase items through grant funds and donations and redistribute them to community at no cost. No catch, no fine print.

No. TQYC covers all shipping and handling costs. You will not be asked to pay for anything at any point in the process.

In short, no — we will not turn anyone in need away. However, our goal is to ensure all youth and young adults have priority access to resources they otherwise would not have access to. We ask community to be mindful of our target demographic.

All orders are processed within 7–14 business days after you receive your confirmation email (excluding weekends and holidays). We appreciate your patience — good things take a little time.

All orders are shipped via USPS with a tracking number provided — reliable, trackable, and nationwide.

If your order is being shipped, please include the name you’d like displayed on the outside of the package. This helps ensure smooth delivery and accurate handling.

We’ve got options. If you’re nearby, we may be able to arrange a local pickup — just reach out to us to set a time and place. We can also arrange a local drop-off once your order is ready. It’s our way of making things a little easier, and a lot more personal.

Currently we offer standard USPS shipping with tracking. Local pickup and local drop-off are available on a case-by-case basis — contact us to arrange. (Local pickup is coming soon as a formal option.)
