Operation SPICE (Street Pride Intersectional Community Empowerment) is a Fem Queen-led movement toward collective liberation within and outside Ballroom, by means of first empowering the Black trans woman, who exists at multiple intersections of oppression, and yet creates the magic that is vital to a better world.
