The TRACE Program allows youth and young adults at TQYC to participate in community action through neighborhood resource projects rooted in education and community partnerships.
TRACE participants have the opportunity to take the lead in conversations around issues affecting them and their communities and to connect with community organizations already doing advocacy work.
TQYC staff understands that youth and young adults are oftentimes overlooked experts when it comes to identifying community needs.
TRACE participants are able to develop skills in the areas of community self-determination, communication and collaboration as they work to develop projects they determine necessary for
connecting people to resources in their communities.
